APARTMENT REVIEWS St George, UT

I moved here from Florida and moved right into Brio. I love it here … I think they will have to move me out with a toe tag!! I love Harry the manager he is awesome. He is friendly and addresses all issues on time and appropriately! He seems to want this place to be the best place to live! I have noticed almost all the apartments are occupied ! Amy Hooks and Eva (who is new to the staff at brio) are both awesome ! They are helpful and make you feel at home! I cannot leave out our maintenance crew… they are the best! Always helpful and take care of problems promptly and maintain the grounds so well! They go beyond their duties to help if needed! Choose to live here! You won’t find better! You will be welcomed … everyone is friendly.

Wanted to give a shout out to Hailey the housekeeper for doing such a awesome job ! Our building is always cleaned each day .She vacuums, cleans the elevator, washes windows and even cleans up dog messes ! Thanks Hailey for all your hard work! It’s appreciated.

We have enjoyed living here at Sky at Brio! Just wanted to give a shout out to the people who make it so enjoyable! First our maintenance people Logan and Chris do a fabulous job.They keep the grounds very clean and are always quick to help with problems in the apts. The office staff is great. Harry is doing a great job as manager. Hes friendly,very professional and his managment skills are above and beyond. Amy and Eva always friendly and alwsys take care of the problems. Residents love going up and visiting with them ! In my opinion they are all a true asset to the corporation! Great team !

Chris and Logan are the best. Our maintenance request was answered quickly, and they kept us informed while they were waiting on parts.

Chris and Logan showed up promptly to assess our requested repairs. They kept us informed of the parts timeline. When the parts arrived, Logan installed them right away. Excellent maintenance team. Thank You!

Sky at Brio has definitely become home for me. Management, amenities and neighbors have made my time here wonderful. I look forward to the monthly community gatherings that are so well planned and executed. The staff has been outstanding in their response to maintenance requests and they are always pleasant and willing to answer questions and offer help. They are the BEST! If your are considering Sky at Brio, they have my vote.

The management staff Harry, Amy and Eva are terrific helpful and caring. Chris and Logan head up the maintenance crew and are terrific at their work. Houskeeping crew keep the buildings immaculate. Security is marvelous. I highly recommend Sky at Brio.

This complex is amazing! All the tenants are super friendly and welcoming. The staff are all very sociable and helpful.
