Before my mother passed in 2025 I would go online searching for apartments to rent in the St. George area and stumbled across Sky at Brio Apartments, so that when she passed and I settled her affairs and sold the family home I decided to move to the most beautiful part of the country, southwestern Utah. Thanks to the friendly, professional and compassionate way that PHOEBE and STEPHANIE dealt with me during a difficult time in my life, Sky at Brio has become my new home. I must also give a shout out to GAVIN, ROB and HEATHER who keep this property running smoothly and cleanly. These people are more than just an office staff, I consider them to be friends.

Phoebe is so personable, knowledgeable, and kind when looking for apartments. These apartments are nicely kept and spacious.

My grandma was looking for a rental and the apartments couldn’t be anymore perfect !
